COVID-19 couldn’t pose threat to our high spirits and the urge to celebrate the biggest most awaited festival of Bengalis. Maintaining social distancing and proper sanitization would not have been possible with over 500 senior citizens for pandal hopping and Devi darshan. So Realtech team, being as whimsical as we could be, took the whole event online. With an overwhelming response of over 2000 netizens as well as senior netizens, the Realtech pujo parikrama was a huge success this year. The health and safety of our loved seniors was the main concern for our team. Sanitization kits were also distributed to residents in Rajarhat and Newtown.
We eagerly look forward to celebrating pujo like previous years with pomp and show like we used to. A quiz contest held online during the live event gave us 10 winners who were gifted traditional wear for giving maximum correct answers to the questions. However, we missed meeting everyone in person and dancing to the beat of the ‘Dhaak‘.
