Job Description:
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Salary:
Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 per month (Negotiable)

  • Drafting, reviewing, vetting and filling of agreements, notices, contracts, complaints and all legal documents.
  • Study about property titles & other legal documentation associated with property law.
  • Should be in a position to issue the title search report and vet the external advocates opinion issued with respect to the title search report of the property.
  • Should have handled documentation/legal Opinion on the property title race.
  • Should have handled property litigation and managed large number of cases involving drafting and vetting of representatives on behalf of the organization before different authorities including consumer cases.
  • Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
  • Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Handle litigation and liaison work.
